Rachel's Remedy, a Buffalo-based manufacturer of natural consumer medical supplies, announced a significant partnership with global baby goods company Dr. Brown’s in early May. Founded by President Rachel Jackson, the company manufacturers the first FDA-cleared relief packs for nursing mothers.
This summer, customers can find Dr. Brown’s Rachel’s Remedy Breast Relief Packs at specialty and mass retailers.
“We are thrilled about our partnership with Dr. Brown’s, one of the most trusted and successful companies in the baby business,” Jackson says. “We have enormous admiration for the team that works so hard to make Dr. Brown’s the #1 seller of baby bottles in the U.S.”
Rachel's Remedy Breastfeeding Relief Packs are the first moist-heat and cooling solution for nursing mothers. The packs are designed to increase milk supply and relieve and prevent mastitis, clogged ducts, engorgement and nipple pain.
In joining with Rachel’s Remedy, Dr. Brown’s continues its trend of partnerships with what it calls “mom-designed products.”
"Dr. Brown's aims to help moms by creating safe and comfortable solutions," Dr. Brown's marketing director, Jesse Lehnhoff, says in a press release. "Our Rachel's Remedy Breastfeeding Relief Packs give women the opportunity to relieve their breastfeeding woes conveniently and effectively, while also helping them meet their breastfeeding goals."
